He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. O'Connor and Alice D. O'Connor. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Kathleen O'Connor; his children, John O'Connor (Vivian Graf), Kathleen Buschbacher (Edward) and James O'Connor (Lynne); his grandchildren, Mary Denney (Kyle), Cara Fultz (Kevin), Kelly, T. J. O'Connor, Andrew Buschbacher (Kate Harris), Julia Buschbacher, Luke, Clare O'Connor and Christian Italiano; his great grandchildren, Nora, Harper Denney, Owen, Macy Fultz and Levi O'Connor; his siblings, Thomas O'Connor (Christine), Lee d'Anjou (late Richard) and Dr. Marion O'Connor (Bernard Sharratt); and his brother-in-law Byron Ballinger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Radel Funeral and Cremation Services (650 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Antoninus Church (1500 Linneman Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238).
