He was predeceased by: his parents, William Slattery and Agnes Slattery; his wife Elizabeth; his son-in-law Alfredo; his daughter Laura; and his grandson Kevin.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Barbara) of Cincinnati and Terry of Portland. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
