He was predeceased by: his brother William Thomas; his parents, Peter Thomas and Helen Thomas; and his close friends, George Pappashales and Edward Sherman.
He is survived by: his niece Laura Pictor (David); his nephew Mark Thomas; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rose and Sammi.
