He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Lou Medley Jack. He is survived by: his father John Robert; his stepmother Delores Jack; his siblings, Teresa Jack, Kathryn McAdams (Kevin Beck), Melissa Wilson and David Wainscott; and his siblings' children, Dr. Kaelyn McAdams (Daniel Hyman), Connor McAdams and John McAdams.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains (325 W 8th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
