Urban and Sarah J. Urban; his grandchildren, Rylee E. Urban, Mollie G. Urban, Bayley R. Urban and Mallori Lynn Urban; his father Gary Urban; and his brothers, Paul Urban (Jennifer) and Andrew Urban (Regan).
