He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Thurston and Vera Thurston (Crull). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Stacey Thurston, Gwyn Williams (Steve) and Amy Krumrey (Brett); and his sister Martha Lallathin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
