John leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. John’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew John will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sara Tvrdy; his children, Karen Russell (Tom), Chris Chatfield, John T. Tvrdy II (Pam), Frank W. Tvrdy and Jospeh S. Tvrdy (Michelle); and his sisters, Mary Francis Austin and Elizabeth Ann Todd. He was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the T. P. White & Sons Funeral Home (2050 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery (686 Mt Moriah Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245).
