He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Vail; and his grandparents, Betty and Leonard Good. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Strunk of Amelia and Claude David Vail of Cincinnati, Ohio.; his children, Britney Vail of Georgetown, Greg Vail of Bethel and Donna Vail of Bethel, Ohio.; and his siblings, Charles Vail, Jimmy Vail, Davey Vail, Stevie Vail, Yvette Vail-Sales, Michael Vail and Michelle Vail.
