He is survived by: his wife Joann VanBenschoten; his children, Linda VanBenschoten, Phil VanBenschoten (Sandy), James VanBenschoten (Cheryl), Nick VanBenschoten (Lynne), Kim Branscum (Chip) and Sharon Deller (Doug); his grandchildren, Melissa (Brian), Heidi (David), Eric (Presley), Elizabeth (Richard), Eva (Steve), Madeline, Courtlynn, Nicholas Jr. (Jessica), Adrienne, Emily, Katie, Michael (Ann), Ashley (Jesse), Amy and Aaron; his son Max VanBenschoten (Karen); his brother Ben VanBenschoten (Lillian); and his sister-in-law Barbara Monahan (Terry). He is also survived by his 15 great-grandchildren.
