He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jr. Fischer and Aileen Fischer; and his son Leonard Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Helena Sive Fischer; his son John Fischer, IV; and his granddaughters, Virginia and Lucille Fischer.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Cemetery - Norman Chapel (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232).
