He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his daughters, Debbi (Jeff) and Lisa (Jasen); his stepchildren, Theresa, Tammy and Todd; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Amber, Wesley, Mark, Thomas, Joseph, Jennifer and Jacob; and his siblings, Myrt, Brenda (Tim), Paul (Dee), Jack (Mary) and Ron (Karen). He is also survived by step-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
