With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jon Jacobs (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on June 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Jacobs and Alyce Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Jacobs; his stepchildren, Julie Vicenzi (Tony) and Jeffrey Diemer (Dede Hummer); his grandchildren, Jordan Rokita (Kyle), Hannah Bowe and Jonah Bowe; his great grandchildren, Rory and Kira Rokita; his siblings, Harris (Sonny), Walter and Eddie; and his former wife Vickie Jacobs.
Jack was a lifelong lover of dogs, so in the spirt of helping our four-legged friends, if you are able, please make donations to Paws for Miles in Loveland, Ohio, (https://www.pawsformiles.org.) in Jack's name.
