He is survived by : his daughters, Jill Burket Ragase (Mark) and Leanne Mallory (Stephen); his grandchildren, Philippa, Truman, Finley, Quintin and Penelope; and his siblings, Bob Burket (Diane), Marie Burket Andersen (Jerry), Richard F. Burket (Cynthia) and Dr. Rebecca Burket.
