He is survived by: his father Jose L Gutierrez Sr.; his stepfather Ray Troescher Sharon Troescher (Newly); his wife Diane Gutierrez (Coy); his children, Joseph Gutierrez, Cheyenne Gutierrez and Myriah Kissel; and his siblings, Maria Gutierrez, Charity Gutierrez, Robert Hall III, Phillip Hall (Janice Hall), Christian Hall and Luis Angel Gutierrez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
