He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fey and Helen Fey. He is survived by: his children, Joe Fey and Tricia Fulmer (Kristofer); his granddaughter Emma Fulmer; his brothers, Daniel Fey (Mary Rosado) and Ronald Fey (Donna Muse); and his cousin Roy Streicher. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
