He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Coit Frasure, Priscilla Beuke and Alice Cole; and his aunts, Virginia Dugan and Margaret Lancaster.

He is survived by : his wife Geneva Frasure; his stepson Tristin Bell; his grandchildren, Dayman Bell, Westen Bell and Rose Bell; his parents, Jeffrey Frasure Sr. and Brenda Montgomery (James Montgomery); his brother Jeffrey Frasure Jr. (Elizabeth Frasure); his niece Savannah Pierman; his siblings, Steven Frasure and Lindsey Simon (Ian Simon); his nephew Alistair Simon; his uncle Coit (April); his cousins, Erin and Erica; his close friend Branden (Jessica); and his uncle James Dugan. He is also survived by his cousins and dearest friends.
