He is survived by: his father Joseph William Pehoushek of Dublin, OH; his sisters, Karen Mottet of Anacortes, WA and Kathy Roeder of Powell, OH; his nieces and nephews, James Stangeland (Cara Machacek), Brandon Roeder (Ashlee), Kaela Roeder (Andy Spooner) and Geneva Mottet (Tyler Stokes); Fiona.
