He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Polaniecki; and his brothers, Jack Polaniecki (late Helen), Salomon Polaniecki (Ania) and Henry Polaniecki (Rena). He is survived by: his children, Elliott Polaniecki (Eileen) and Judy Shertok (Gingi); his grandchildren, Sherri Kushner (Davi), David Polaniecki (Liz), Avi Shertok (Ilana) and Dani Shertok (Blair); and his great grandchildren, Pele, Sophie Kushner, Jesse, Shalev Shertok, Dan and Benjamin Polaniecki.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Holocaust and Humanity Center would be greatly appreciated.
