He is survived by: his mother Betty Volker; his siblings, Paul Volker Jr. (Connie), Dave Volker (Kim), Ed Volker (Debbie), Jack Volker (Stephanie), Julie Heisel (Dan) and Jenni Poland (Jerry); and his caregiver Joe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
