She was predeceased by: her friend Mary Louise Roebke; and her parents, Robert Carr and Edith Berry Carr. She is survived by: her brother Bobby Carr; her nephew Rob Carr; her great-nephews, Tyler, Alex, Brady and Luke Carr; her close friends, Becky, George Rebitski, Rita Pawlus, Shannon Kelley, Mary Ann Lambrinidis and Marianne Heider; and her sibling's children, Joanna and Paul Rebitski.
After spending a lifetime serving her community as a Physical Therapist, Judi has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorials continue her legacy through donations to the University of Cincinnati Physical Therapy ProBono Clinic: UC DPT Student Organization – ProBono Clinic, c/o Rebecca Rebitski, 2049 Wyndemere Court, Hebron, Ky 41048.
