She was predeceased by: her brothers, Bill (Linda) and Michael Fitzpatric (Mary Ellen); and her parents, William Fitzpatric and Verna Fitzpatric (Disselkamp). She is survived by: her sons, James L. Bomkamp and John L. Bomkamp (Kelly); her grandsons, Jake (Abby), Luke, John, Joseph and Jeremy Bomkamp; and her brothers, Charles (Nancy), Richard (Kathi) and Dennis (Debbie).

So, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's name and directed to the Special Olympics, a charity she held dear, or the charity of one's choice.
