She is survived by: her husband Terry Koehler; her sons, Roger Kalota (Erica Otten) and David Kalota; her grandchildren, Laila Jackson and Vivienne Kalota; her siblings, Phyllis Hutton, Athena Parker and Roy Elder Jr.; her brother-in-law Ken Koehler; and her niece Amy Carpenter (Derek). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorials are requested to Miami Whitewater Community Church or Ridgewood Health Campus Activity Fund.
