She is survived by: her husband Todd C. Slicker; her children, Christopher (Kayla Lykins), Jacquelyne and Douglas Slicker (Alexandra); her grandchildren, Sara, Hayden, Kenley, Saleen, Gabe and Charlotte; her parents, Lawrence Smith and Susan Conine; and her siblings, Al Smith, Dyanna Williams and Betty Peterson (Rick). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
