She was predeceased by: her father Donald Pugh; her son Aaron Pugh; and her former husband Glen Bellamy. She is survived by: her mother Diane Sager; her children, Zach Pugh, Jordan Bellamy and Logan Russell; her grandchild Kayden Friend; her brother Adam Pugh; her nephews, Brady, Bryce and Jacob; and her former husband Greg Russell.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Neidhard Young Funeral Home (7401 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Karen's life, donations may be made to the American Stroke Foundation, a cause meaningful to her and her family.
