She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Estle (Horsley) and Charles Sachs; and her siblings, Shirley Sachs and William Ehrhart. She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Lawrence Winningham Jr., Michael Winningham and Katrina Schmitt; and her siblings, Charles Sachs, David Sachs, Veldie O'Malley, Peggy Doyle and Brenda Fox.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
