With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen A. Owens of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on January 31, 2024 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Foley (Saurber); her pet Luka; and her brother Philip Foley (Boomer). She is survived by: her father Lawrence Foley; her husband Paul Owens; her children, Kelly Hampton (Jacqueline), Kara Rasnick (Bradley) and Courtney Owens; her grandchildren, Scarlet, Charlie, Leonardo, Tristen, Raegan, Aryelle and Alloni; and her siblings, John Foley, Mary Jones (Steven) and Angela DiTullio (Alex). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
