With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katie Chase (Cincinnati, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2026 at the age of 28. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Katie Chase to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her parents, Andrea Chase and Mark Chase; her siblings, Courtney Wells (Logan) and Kyle Chase (Veronika Slowikowska); her cousin Paul Axt (Sarah); her niece Ada Axt; her grandmother Susan Mazzei; and her pet Noodle.
Memorial Contributions can be made to Cincinnati Animal Care or Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center on behalf of Katie for Liver Research. Katie was an advocate for organ donation and would ask that you consider registering to be an organ donor if you are not already.
