She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Horak; and her parents, Joseph Graue and Helen Graue. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Rick Horak (Amy), Jody Tyrpak (Daniel) and Brad Horak (Michelle); her grandchildren, Christian, Anna Kate, John Miles, Luke, Amelia Horak, Lindsay, Lauren Tyrpak, Caroline and Adam Horak; her sibling Dee Kramer (Ken); and her sibling's children, Peggy Dossett (Neal), Kris Kramer and Jackie Gladieux (Samson).
