He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Wagner (Seay); his sons, Jeffrey Wagner (Karen) and Andrew Wagner (Lora); his grandsons, Stephen, Aaron, Nathan and Zachary Wagner; his sibling Beverly; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Brestel (late Mike) and Judith Carolyn. He was also cherished by many nieces, cousins and friends.
