He was predeceased by: his parents, Woon Chan and Choi Mei Chan. He is survived by: his wife Lai Ying Chan (Ng); his children, Vincent (Iesha) and Katherine (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Andrew, Michaela, Archer and Delilah; and his siblings, Maggie (Fat), Deborah (Raymond), Eric (Milly) and Rita (Eric).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Blue Spruce Chapel (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232).
