He was predeceased by: his grandchild Kelly Gargan; and his siblings, Dennis Frank and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Charleen Penny Frank; his children, Stephanie Gargan (Tim) and Rodney Frank (Debbie); his grandsons, Tommy, Timmy Gargan and Evan Frank; and his sister Kimberly Heeney (Richard). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
