He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Matthews and Viola Matthews; and his grandchild Kameron James Johnson (Brenda Johnson Short). He is survived by: his children, Aaron Panky, Keneisha Johnson, Najia Johnson, Terance Johnson (T. J.), Kenneth Johnson and Renita Williams; and his stepchildren, Marvin Brown, Joy Brown and Kristina Brown. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
