He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Neal and Barbara Neal; and his granddaughter Emily. He is survived by: his wife Connie A. Neal; his children, Shelly, Nicole and Jennifer Neal; his siblings, Richard Neal (Donna) and Pam Edwards (Robby); and his grandchildren, Bailey, Chase, Emerson, Colton, Taylor, Wilson, Owen, Tanner, Kiri and Pete. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
