He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Meyer; and his parents, Raymond Meyer and Edna Meyer. He is survived by: his daughter Sandy Carter; his son-in-law James Carter; his son David Meyer; his grandchildren, Stephanie Carter, Alicia Carter-King (Erin), Stacey Quast (Benjamin) and Matthew Carter; his great grandchildren, William Quast and Adrienne Carter-King; and his siblings, Carol Petering and Daniel Meyer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (7701 Kenwood Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
