He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Miller and Alanie Miller; his siblings, Donnie Miller, Linda Gsoell (Alex) and Debbie Lynn Warrington (Tim); and his sister-in-law Angela Miller.

He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Cooper (Kenny), Sue Payne (Elmer), Gloria Wainscott (Daryl) and Jesse Miller (Tabitha Buell); his sister-in-law Char Miller; his wife Patricia Miller; and his sons, Larry Miller II (Becky) and Jason Miller (Jennifer).

Visitation was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at the True Point Church (2719 Norwood Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45212).
