He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Sparks and Helen Sparks; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce and Michael Brusman. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Sparks; his daughters, Susan Carter (Ben), Trisha Stahl (Ryan) and Laura DiPilla (Dan); his grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, William, Chase, Miles, Nora, Charlie and Cameron; his siblings, Bertha Sullivan (late Jim) and Lon Sparks (Deborah); and his sister-in-law Jane Suddendorf. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to support Prisoner of War (POW) and Wounder Warrior Project.
