With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laverne Cooper of Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Violet, Grace, Tom, Denver Ray, Susie, Elmer, Roscoe, John Henry, Junior, Opal, Coleman, Geneva, Alvin, Lonzo, Brenda Kay, Leo, Mabel, Phil and JoAnn.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Cooper; her children, Sherry Cooper Wanamaker (Fred), Scott Cooper (Ruth), Brian Cooper (Brenda) and Sara Lou Moody (Eddie); and her siblings, Paul, Leonard and Terry. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
