He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Joseph Sr. and Rosemary Anna Koch; his wife Elizabeth Koch; and his siblings, Anna and Charles Koch.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Hale (Shaun) and Daniel Koch; and his siblings, John Koch (Joyce), Mary Hollister and Joanne Rector (late David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
