He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth L. Case. He is survived by: his wife Lynda F. Pence; his daughters, Shelly Biery and Jessica Case; and his stepdaughters, Cynthia Pence and Rebecca Poff. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
