He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Burl Sexton of Columbus, OH. and Roberta Tapley of Batavia, OH; his stepmother Barbara Sue "Bobbie" Edmondson of Chattanooga, TN; his brothers, Tom of Ladson, SC. and Kenneth Tapley of Cincinnati, OH.; his children, Jason Sexton (Trey Trego) and Delana Lee Sexton of Galion, OH; his half-siblings, Susan Denise Sexton of Chattanooga, TN, Peggy Ridener Cincinnati, Denver Burl Sexton, Jr. of Columbus, OH, Lester Haydon of Bluffton, SC, Don Hampton of Kenova, WV and Joseph Goines (Regina) of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings' children, Shawn Goines, Dawn Hajek and Robin Goines; and his former wife Tracy Sexton.
