She is survived by: her children, Kenneth David Tarter (Paul Hornschemeier), Daniel James Tarter (Leah Raiche), Timothy Alan Tarter (Nancy Wathen), Anita Faye Hopper and Theta Page Doyle (James); and her grandchildren, Shonda, Barb, Tina, Jason, Bradley, Weston, Garrison, Cindy, Jennifer, Steven of Amanda, JR, Tiffany, Rachel, Tabitha, J. Edward and Laura. She is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
