She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Nathan and Freda Cook (Warner); her stepfather Joseph Roy Chase; and her brothers, John Christopher Chase and Charles Nathan Cook.

She is survived by: her stepsiblings, Gordon George Chase and Layla Yvonne Chase (Hiram Kent Lopez); her sisters-in-law, Lisa Good and Mary Wolfe; her sibling's children, Autumn, Heather, Destiny Amber, Ashley, Blair and Gordon; her great-nieces, Lylah, Elizabeth, Coralyne, Marabella and Ainsley; and her great-nephew Christopher John.
