She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clemons and Helen Clemons; and her siblings, Darlene, Robert, Mark and Carla.
She is survived by: her children, Jacob (Melody), Jason and Christina (Lee); her grandchildren, Austin, Cody, Jasmyn, Hailey, Jacob, Alexis, Jackson, Briana (Zach), Madison and Julie; her great grandchildren, Layla, Sonny and Addison; and her siblings, Raymond and Maurenus. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
