She is survived by: her children, John Phillips, Johnna McMillan (Ricky), Johnathan Phillips (Kathleen), Linda Phillips and Crystal Phillips; and her siblings, Freddy Mae Holloway, Frederick Holloway and Tondlaria Coulter. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grand-children, nieces, nephews, extended family.
She was also awarded by the Cincinnati Recreation Commission for her contribution to South Cumminsville.
