He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Collett (Weinhart); his parents, Robbie Slavey (Marshall) and Linza Collett (Gay); and his parents-in-law, June and Dale Weinhart.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Osborn (Jenna); his siblings, Vicki Strole (Randy), Dwayne Slavey (Susan) and Valerie Giles (Dickie); his brother-in-law Mike Weinhart (Brenda); and his pet Brody.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home (10211 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Reading Cemetery (200 W Columbia Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45215).
