He is survived by: his wife Mae Allicia Terpenning; his children, Allicia Mae Cain (Butch Cain) and Patricia Ann Levitsky (Jarett Levitsky); his grandchildren, Micah and Chloe Levitsky; his brother George Terpenning; his daughters, Carrie Saturley (Dave) and Evelyne Calton (Tom); his grandchildren, Charity Peter (Darrell), Mandy Peter (Clifford), Bianca, Samuel and Claire; his great grandchildren, Joslyn, Dean, Charles, Oakley and Lenox; and his close friends, Jeff, Nancy Aston, Richard and Melanie Frazier.
