She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Waite and Rosella Waite; and her sister Roberta Waite. She is survived by: her children, Mark Ashworth, Steve Ashworth, Laura DeVore (John) and Donna Steioff (Chad); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Schulte (Adam), Michael Ashworth, Paige Meyer (Jordan), Tomi Nusekabel (Nick), Steven Ashworth, William Steioff, Benjamin Steioff, Samantha Speyer (Sam), Garrett DeVore (Andrea), Brandon Ashworth (Jill) and Bradley Ashworth. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Because of Lorraine's remarkable 22 year colon cancer survivorship, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org).
