He was predeceased by: his parents, George Isabell and Elizabeth Isabell (Reed); and his siblings, Eugene, George, Harvey and Bettyjane.
He is survived by: his wife Carlene (Bettinger-Coulston); his children, Katherine A. Harrell (Richard) of Lake City, MI, Scott D. (Tiffany) and Mark L. Isabell of Ridge Crest, CA; and his stepchildren, Harold E. "Chip" Coulston (Donna) of Boyne City, MI, Cindy Mustard (Rick) of Cincinnati, OH, Bill (Angie) and Coulston. He is also survived by several grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Lou's memory to the American Heart Association or Grace Episcopal Church, Port Huron, Michigan.
