He was predeceased by: his parents, Bart Belli and Delores Belli; his stepmother Josephine Belli; and his sister Mary Bartha Vernon. He is survived by: his wife Judy Belli; and his daughters, Jenine Fields (Ryan) and Emily Belli (Adam Fillmore). He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lou's honor to the UC Blood Cancer Center.
