She is survived by: her son David (Emily); her brother Willard C "Dub" Hay, Jr. (Lyn); her nephew Scott Hay (Lauren); her great-nephews, Franklin and Henry Hay; her nephew Chris Hay (Jana); and her great-nieces, Hazel and Ruby Hay.
